The task of the C4 Group

The task of the C4 Group within the Investment Club is to screen (evaluation of documents (e.g. business plan, market), personal meetings, pre-due diligence) potential targets in the four C4 core sectors that are available for investment.

With a lead investor from the investment club, we develop the company further in order to then carry out financing within a short period of time, primarily with investors from the investment club. There is also the option of financing in cooperation with C4 Capital Markets.

The advantage for club members is the higher probability of success, as the lead investor from the club not only invests his capital, but also his know-how, network and entrepreneurial experience in combination with C4 expertise.
