The 3 founders, Daniel Laiminger, Karl Edlbauer, Simon Tretter, of hokify, formerly JobSwipr, have sold the remaining shares to the existing investor “karriere.at”. After karriere.at joined as majority investor some time ago, the founders & managers of hokify have now sold the remaining shares to the strategic investor/partner. Despite a capital market environment that was not particularly EXIT-friendly, the transaction yielded considerable proceeds with a company valuation of EUR 40 million. Our firm was initially able to support the founders with fundraising. Congratulations to Karl, Daniel and Simon on these very successful 8 years.
