Personal data
Personal data is all data about natural persons whose identity is determined or at least determinable and which contains individual details about personal or factual circumstances, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, proof of income, video recordings, photos. We collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR. We only process your personal data if:
- you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR,
- this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
- the processing is necessary to fulfill one of our legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR), or
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-processing of your data.
Rights of data subjects
You, as our contractual partner or generally as a data subject, have the right to information about your stored personal data as well as a right to rectification, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data. If there are any changes to your personal data, please inform us accordingly. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Please inform us by e-mail to office@c4group.at if you would like information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer (in the case of data transfer only if this does not cause a disproportionate effort). If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the data protection authority is responsible for this.
Data processing
We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than for the execution of the contractual relationship or for purposes covered by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR.
Data security
Your personal data is protected by taking appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorized,
unlawful or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information that you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on e-mail account or telephone).
The disclosure of data breaches
We endeavor to ensure that data breaches are detected at an early stage and, if necessary, reported immediately to you or the competent supervisory authority, taking into account the respective data categories affected. Always in accordance with the legal provisions.
The storage of data
In accordance with applicable data protection requirements, we are obliged to delete personal data immediately as soon as the purpose for the processing has ceased to exist in accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. e GDPR. We would like to point out that statutory retention obligations/periods represent a legitimate purpose for the processing of personal data. In any case, we will store and retain data in personal form until the end of the business relationship or until the expiry of applicable guarantee, warranty or limitation periods; in addition, until the end of any legal disputes in which the data may be required; or in any case until the end of the third year after the last contact with a business partner.
Use of our website
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent and will only be used for the purposes stated in each case.
Cookies
Our website uses “cookies” to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. A “cookie” is a small text file that we transmit via our web server to the cookie file of the browser on the hard disk of your computer. This enables our website to recognize you as a user when a connection is established between our web server and your browser. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website. Server log files
In order to optimize our website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time. Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (“Google”). The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The map service Google Maps is embedded on this website. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We ourselves have no influence on this data transfer. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of making our business premises easy to find. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR.
